国产Lc4超高强度铝合金材料制造高压缸筒的研究

摘    要:简要介绍了在引进和消化进口液压胀裂机的过程中,以国产Lc4超高强度铝合金材料为基础,通过调整和控制各种化学成分的配比和优化时效工艺参数的方法取代进口材料制造高压罐筒的研究方法,并给出一些关键的工艺参数。

Abstract:This paper deals with a process of introduce and digestion of hydraulic pressure splitter,in which,based on domestically produced Lc4 super high strength alloy,the proportion of chemical elements are adjusted and controlled,age technical parameters are optimized.The high pressure cylinder parts are made of super high strength alloy in order to replace import material with domestically produced material.Some relevant parameters are given in this paper.
