| Abstract: | According to characteristics and steps of crisis intervention, this paper combines the advantages of telephone consultation to analyze the application of telephone consultation into crisis intervention, and discusses what we should notice in real operation, which including preparations at the earlier stage, countermeasures in the formal course and other problems which is replied. |
