发展中国家的政变与中国外交政策的调整

第二次世界大战后,由于各种原因,发展中国家政变频发。政变已成为发展中国家影响深远的政治现象。中国对政变后的发展中国家的政策也不是一成不变的,中间经历了三个发展阶段。这种政策上的变化既受国内外形势的制约,也与不同时期中国外交战略的指导思想有密切关系。

The Coups in Developing Countries and the Adjustment of Foreign Policy in China

For many reasons,the coups often take place in developing countries after the World WarⅡ.And coup has become a political phenomenon which has deep influence on developing countries.The Chinese policy to the developing countries in which the coups took place is not always same and undergoes three stages.The change in the policy not only is enslaved by the international and national surroundings,but also has a close relation with the polestar of Chinese diplomatic strategy.
