| 摘 要： | 大学生就业面临着激烈的竞争与挑战,地方普通高校的贫困生就业压力不容忽视。本文通过对地方普通高等学校贫困生就业压力心理特点的分析,提出相应对策,引导贫困生树立正确的择业观,克服就业心理障碍。

| Abstract: | At present,the employment for college graduates is highly competitive and challengeable,especially for the poor ones in local colleges and universitiess,so the pressure for them stand out and can not be ignored.This article analyzed the poor graduates' psychological characteristics of employment pressure and proposed some possible countermeasures,which will direct graduates to set up proper attitude and help them overcome obstacles in employment. |
