摘    要:在分析电阻分压器性能影响因素的基础上,仿真分析了电感补偿、供给式电容补偿、收集式电容补偿及综合补偿的补偿效果.加入套筒电极的收集式补偿措施,更适用于小型电阻分压器的性能改善.介绍了小型收集式补偿电阻分压器的结构设计,试验对比验证了其补偿效果.仿真优化显示,该分压器阶跃响应的上升时间(10%~90%)能够降低7 ns,达到1 ns以内.并对分压器的双指数脉冲响应进行了仿真分析和试验,结果表明,分压器准确测量双指数脉冲的前提是分压器阶跃响应的上升时间小于被测脉冲的上升时间,且没有过冲.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of influence factors of resistance divider performance, the counterbalance effects of inductance, supplying distributed capacitance and collecting distribution capacitance were analyzed by simulation. The divider structure counterbalanced by collecting distribution capacitance was designed. Its counterbalance effect was validated by measurement practically. Simulation results show that its rise time of step response can be reduced by 7 ns, to be less than 1 ns. Responses of resistance divider on double exponential pulse were also analyzed and tested. Experiment and simulation results show that to make an accurate measurement the step response rise time of divider must be less than the rise time of double exponential pulse waiting for measurement and the step response wave form must be no any overshoot.
