| 摘 要： | 随着篮球运动的不断发展,比赛中每一个技术的合理运用,都会对比赛结果产生直接影响.通过身体的练习、意识的培养、合理利用规则,将制造进攻犯规作为一项技术提出专门的训练,从而使防守队员在比赛中充分利用该技术,获得比赛的主动权.
