| 摘 要： | 基于协调度、协调发展度及协调发展趋势指数等方法,对海口市与三亚市的旅游经济与环境协调关系进行定量研究,并进行趋势预测.三亚市与海口市基本上都是刚进入中级协调发展阶段,两市的旅游经济发展与环境资源之间的协调关系可提升空间较大.海口市与三亚市旅游经济发展面临环境资源问题,需借助环境经济政策措施以促进旅游经济发展,加强旅游环境保育,实现其旅游可持续发展的长远目标,增加当地居民福利.

| Abstract: | In this paper we use coordination degree, coordinated development degree and prediction index of coordinated development to check Hainan＇ s coordinated and coupling relationships between tourism economical development and environment-resource foundation. The results show that Haikou and Sanya have just stepped into medium cooperation phase, and there is a large room for improvement in tourism economy and environmental-resource cooperation. Environmental economical policy instruments must be applied to strengthen environmental protection to accelerate Haikou and Sanya tourism improvement, to ensure long-term sustainable tourism development, and thus increase local residents＇ welfare gains. |
