| 摘 要： | 用ＤＮＳ－Ｃｌ为荧光衍生试剂，研究了测定呋喃丹残留量的薄层荧光扫描法，该法操作简便，灵敏度高，定量准确，结果稳定应用于水样中微量呋喃丹的测定，取得了满意的结果，此方法线性范围为１０～３００ｎｇ最低检测限量为０．５ｎｇ。

| Abstract: | The study of quantitatlve analysis of carbofuran by TLC and fluorimetryis described in this paper. There is a linear relation in 10-300 ng/spot of carbofu-ran and as little as 0. 5 ng/spot of pesticide can be detected- Natural water samplescan be anaIysed to determine concentration of carb0furan of a few parts billion withhigh recoveries and without the necessity of a clean-up step. |
