燃油坩埚炉化铝节能技术研究

摘    要:通过全面热工测试,揭示了原用坩埚炉耗能高的原因;借助模拟试验研究为新型炉结构设计提供了有益的参考;建立数学模型及电子计算机的计算为炉体轻型化选择了最佳炉衬厚度和新材料;在综合热工理论指导下设计的新坩埚其节油率为45.2%,热效率高于33%,每公斤铝单位热耗低于710.1kcal

Abstract:By thorough measurement of heat engineering,the cause of high energy consump-tion in the old crucible furnace was found.The study of physical model experiment provided a scientific basis for the design of the new type furnace construction.Using the computer aid design,an optimized thickness of the furnace lining and the furnace construction materials were selected for the light-duty furnace.The rate of oil saving of the new type crucible furnace was 45.2%,the heat efficiency was higher than 33% and the unit heat consumption was lower than 710.1 kcal/kg-Al.
