| Abstract: | In this paper, the conformations of Golacturonic acid dimer are calculated by using the quantum chemistry method. According to the frontier molecular orbital theo- hy, the relationships between the most stable conformation and the active conformation of hydrolysis were discussed. These will provide some information for biological chem- istry studies. |
