高校人力资源开发问题分析与对策研究

摘    要:人力资源是高校最重要的资源,高校人力资源开发是增强高校竞争力,促进高校发展的关键所在。分析高校人力资源开发存在的问题,并根据这些问题制定相应的对策,可以有效消除高校人力资源的浪费,充分发挥人力资源的作用,促进高校发展上一个新台阶。
