地方高校管理类学生评教影响因素实证研究

为适应校院两级管理体制改革的需要和区别于研究型大学的"教学型"、"应用型"办学定位,地方高校的学生评教需要分学科重新审视。对襄樊学院管理学院学生评教数据的计量分析发现,地方高校管理类的学生评教结果是有效可信的,但也会受到诸如新带课程、学生层次与年级、教师性别、教龄与社会实践经验等因素的干扰。因此,在采信学生评教结果时,应根据干扰因素予以矫正。

Empirical Analysis of the Factors Affecting Management Students' Evaluation of Teaching in Local Colleges
