| 摘 要： | 产业集群对于区域经济的发展具有不可忽略的示范、带动和辐射作用,是近年来各级政府在区域和产业发展中的新思维。根据近年来我国旅游产业集群发展的情况和存在的问题,以产业生态链的理论为依据,提出旅游产业集群发展的目标与模式,并从可持续发展的高度提出实现旅游集群可持续发展的政策建议。
