基于曲线型EPS助力特性曲线的设计

摘    要:通过对电动助力转向系统助力特性曲线的分类,提出曲线型电动助力转向助力特性曲线的设计思路.采用试验数据曲线拟合法设计了某一车型的EPS助力特性曲线,得出助力特性曲线的三维MAP图,为控制系统软件的设计提供依据.

Abstract:The classification of assistance characteristic curve of electric assistance steering is presented in this paper and so is the design ideas of curve-type assistance characteristic curve.The EPS's curve-type assistance characteristic curve of a certain car is designed by using curve fitting method.And a three-dimensional map of assistance characteristic curve is drawn in this paper.It provides the basis for software design of electric control unit.
