摘    要:通过对门架式斗轮堆取料机和悬臂式斗轮堆取料机斗轮运动规律的分析 ,推导出两类斗轮堆取料机斗轮挖掘切割边长的计算方法和公式 ,得出两类斗轮切割边长具有明显差别的结论 ,从而为两类斗轮挖掘阻力的计算提供了理论依据 ,修正了两类斗轮挖掘阻力均按照门架式斗轮堆取料机斗轮运动规律进行计算的方法 .所得出的结论对确定两类斗轮机斗轮铲斗深宽比例及斗轮机大车前进距离与斗轮运动速度之间比例关系具有实际指导意义

Abstract:The calculating methods and expressions on length of incision for two kinds of bucket type stacker reclaimer are given through the analysis on movement laws of gantry type stacker reclaimer and boom type stacker reclaimer,and the conclusion that they have distinct difference is drawn.The basis is established in calculating the digging resistance of two kinds of bucket type stacker reclaimer which break the conventional calculating method according to the movement law of gantry type stacker reclaimer.The result is of help in determining the proportion of width and depth of bucket,and is also of help in choosing the proportion of the traveling distance of gantry and the moving velocity of bucket.
