| 摘 要： | 首都北京在历史上与周围城市有着不可分割的联系，解放后的计划经济体制导致了这种联系的淡化与分裂．在市场经济的新形势下，北京与周围城市应重新审定各自的性质与职能，按优势互补的原则，协调发展，以带动整个首都圈的繁荣．

| Abstract: | The planning economic system has weakened and broken up the inseparable relations among Beijing and her surrounding cities. In order to spur the economic prosperity of capital circle under the new marketing economic environment, Beijing and her surrounding cities should reappraise their characters and functions, and develop coordinately according to the principle of mutual benefit. |
