摘    要:植物内生细菌定殖于健康植物体内,与寄主植物在长期进化过程中形成了和谐联合关系,对寄主植物具有防病、促生、固氮和生物修复等生物学作用,目前已被广泛应用于植物病害的生物防治。近年来,通过基因工程手段对植物内生细菌进行基因改造,增强了内生细菌的生防潜能和综合防治效果。笔者从植物内生细菌的概念、分类鉴定方法、与寄主植物的互作等方面概述了植物内生细菌的国内外研究成果,并着重探讨了内生细菌的植物修复能力和内生细菌在农林业病虫害防治上的应用潜力以及存在的问题。

Abstract:Endophytic bacteria colonizes in healthy plant tissue, and formes a harmonious relationship with their hosts during a long coevolutionary process. Endophytic bacteria has been widely used in biological control of plant disease due to a variety of biological functions, such as disease resistance,growth promotion,nitrogen fixation, bioremediation and so on. In recent years, the biological control potential and integrated control effect of endophytic bacteria have been enhanced by the technology of genetic engineering.This paper summarized the research achievements of endophytic bacteria at home and abroad, involving the aspects of concept, classification, identification methods of endophytic bacteria, and the interaction of endophytic bacteria with their hosts. Moreover, the phytoremediation capacity of endophytic bacteria, the potential applications and problems of endophytic bacteria on agricultural and forestry biocontrol were mainly discussed.
