| 摘 要： | 陈虬是中国近代早期维新派的主要代言人之一 ,其政治维新思想具有时代的先进性。从他的政治维新纲领和纲领的理论基础两方面 ,论证其政治维新思想的时代性、先进性 ,从而肯定他在中国近代思想家的行列中所应占有的重要地位。

| Abstract: | Chen Qiu is one of the main representatives of early modern reformation group. His political reformation thoughts have a progressive nature of the time. This paper tries to prove the progressive nature, contempary nature of his political rformaion thoughts from his political reformation program and the theory political base of the program. So we should affirm the important position among modern thinkes. |
