| Abstract: | This article is concerned with a new type of microcomputer-controlled weighing and burdening system that can automatically control the parallel or series weighing and burdening of various kinds of materials. The software design, hardware design, the accuracy and reliability of the systemhave been investigated at length. The specific features of the system are as follows:1. The availability of a modular structure, capable of flexible use and easy expansion of: functions;2. capable of tracking of dynamic lead in weighing and material unloading, twice automatically compensating for the weighing error; hence the high weighing accuracy;3, capable of supervising, self-checking, fault diagnosing and alarming, good anti-interference ability, stable and reliable performance. |
