| 摘 要： | 本文对使用数字相机对SiC表面进行温度测量,成功地将比色法应用于相机的数字测温,其测量结果以伪彩色图的方式直观反映出来。

| Abstract: | the paper explores how to use digital camera to measure the temperature has been on the surface of SiC. based on this,TheColorimetricMethod has been successfully applied to temperature measurement by using digital camera and the result has been revealed directly by pseudo-color. |
