摘    要:建立了调味料中4-甲基咪唑(4-MI)的毛细管气相色谱/氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)的检测方法,采用DB-Innowax毛细管柱,样品经2,mL水溶解、乙醇定容后直接进气相色谱仪分析。实验结果表明:直接使用有机溶剂萃取的4-甲基咪唑回收率偏低,其最低检出限为0.02,mg/kg,加标回收率达到95%以上。方法首次采用乙醇、水混合溶液作为萃取溶剂,具有简便、快速、回收率高的优点,可应用于市售调味料中4-甲基咪唑的检测。

Abstract:A detection method of 4-methyl imidazole (4-MI)in seasorners by capillary gas chromatography/flame ionization detector (GC-FID) was invented. Samples were analyzed with gas chromatograph after dissolved in 2 mL water using DB-Innowax capillary column and then volume fixed in ethanol. Experimental results showed that the recovery rate of organic solvent extraction of 4-methy limidazole is relatively low, with the detection limit of 0.02 mg/kg and a recovery rate of standard addition more than 95%. Featuring the pioneering adoption of ethanol, the method took water mixed solution as an extraction solvent. Simple, fast and with high recovery rate, the method can be applied to the detection of 4-MI in commercially available flavorings.
