配置管理及其在轨道客车制造业中的应用

随着轨道客车技术的不断发展,我国已进入了高速动车组时代。高速动车组在设计、生产、制造、维护过程中的技术纷繁复杂,使得产品的设计图纸、工艺方案等技术文件难于管理。另外,由于各种因素造成的技术变更数量也比以往多,如果没有一套完整的体系,将会导致产品技术状态失控。为了解决现有技术管理体系中存在的问题,我们引入了配置管理,也就是技术状态管理,它能有效地对产品技术文件版本、变更等进行控制,从而保证产品的质量。本文着重论述配置管理的概念、功能、具体的管理过程以及在动车组生产管理中的应用。

An Introduction to Configuration Management and Its Application in Railway Vehicle Manufacture Industry

With the development of railway vehicle technology,China moves into an era of high-speed EMU. Design,production,manufacture,maintenance of high-speed EMU involves very sophisticated technology,which make original technical management system cannot fill needs of high-speed EMU manufacture. Configuration management has been introduced to break through the bottleneck of current technical management system. This article focuses on concept,function,specific management process of configuration management and its application in EMU production management.
