创新型本科人才培养的探索与实践

高等学校作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,其核心任务之一是培养创新型人才。构建富有学校特色的创新型本科人才培养模式,既是一项全新的探索,也是一项系统工程。以天津工业大学为例,从人才培养模式改革、修订专业培养方案、加强实践教学、增设创新课程、构建课外创新实践体系、建设创新基地等方面,分析总结了创新型本科人才培养的做法和经验。

Cultivation of Innovative Undergraduates:Exploration and Practices

As the major component of the national innovation system, universities and colleges take the cultivation of innovative talents as one of their core tasks. Therefore, the creation of a uniquely featured cultivation model for inno- vative undergraduates is not only a brand new exploration, but becomes a systematic project. This paper took an ex- ample of Tianjin Polytechnic University to analyze its innovative undergraduate cultivation measures and experiences from the perspectives of reform of talent cultivation models, modification of specialty cultivation programs, strengthening of practical teaching, adding of innovation courses, building up a system for extra-curricular innova- tion practices and construction of innovation bases.
