| 摘 要： | 生态文化建设是生态工业园区健康发展的内在需求和重要保障,为实现园区可持续发展提供精神动力和智力支持.当前我国生态工业园区生态文化建设面临着生态意识淡薄、生产技术落后、生产方式陈旧、体制机制不健全等问题.解决的对策主要包括加强学习教育、增强生态意识、发展生态科技、转变生产生活方式以及完善体制机制等方面.

| Abstract: | The ecological culture construction is the intrinsic requirement and guarantee for the healthy development of eco - industrial parks, and provides spiritual impetus and intellectual support for their sustainable development. Currently the ecological culture con- struction faces such problems as lack of ecological awareness, backward technology, outdated production pattern, and unsound institution and mechanism. The measures we＇ 11 take include ： strengthening education, enhancing ecological awareness, developing ecological tech- nology, transforming the mode of life and production and improving the institution and mechanism. |
