| Abstract: | Based on the libraries in characteristic and professional colleges and universities as the study subject, this paper discusses how to change the traditional concept of innovative services as well as the social and cultural services provided by public necessity, ad- vantage and countermeasures under the background of the needs of the class libraries and public knowledge in the social and cultural con- text of the growing contradiction. |
