| 摘 要： | 开发区东区10,kV配网改造是解决开发区电网发展过程多年积累形成的供电范围重叠、交错、负荷转移通道不足等问题的有效措施。指出必须研究制定相应技术规范和改造原则,以确保电网建设有章可寻、有法可依,保证配网沿着技术进步、经济合理、安全可靠的方向发展。

| Abstract: | The reconstruction of 10 kV Power Distribution Network in TEDA Eastern Zone is an effective measure to solve problems of overlapping and intersection of power supply scopes and the lack of load transfer channels which accrued along the development of power grid in TEDA. It was pointed out that relative technical codes and reconstruction principles have to be studied and worked out to ensure the power grid develops towards the orientations of technical progress, economic efficiency, safety and reliability. |
