The Analysis of Economic System Benefit and the Method ofPutting the Goverment’s Regulate Function to State-Owned Enterprises Into Practice

This article is aimed at the problems existing in the state oWned enterprises at present,makes penetrating analysis to the organsim of economic system and the relation between benefit and organism in theory。It points out the reason which causes economic benefit droped in state-owned enterprises from the thesis of internal relation between productive forces and production relations.It also gives the technical method of putting the goverment’s regulate function to the state-owned enterprises into pratice.
