| 摘 要： | 汽车差速器壳螺栓冷镦冲头使用寿命低 (仅生产 10 0 0～ 2 0 0 0只产品 ) ,且寿命长短不一 .通过改进冷镦冲头结构 ,选用W 6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢材料 ,并采用 115 0～ 1170℃淬油 ,2 2 0℃二次回火热处理工艺后 ,冷镦冲头的使用寿命显著提高 ,是原冲头的 10倍
