摘    要:系统离不开物料能量信息(MEI)三要素,其中关于信息的度量,即定量测度,还存在着一些困惑和议论.按照系统科学与工程的定性和定量相结合的观点,信息量在概念定性上必须划分为事物信息量bit和信息距离DIT等两种信息量.对于事物信息量bit而言,其相对应的N选1问题是表述某一种状态在N种不同状态中的差异程度;而对于信息距离DIT而言,其相对应的N选1问题是将某一种状态从N种不同的状态中区分出来.至于这两种信息量相对而言,事物信息量bit是对差异程度之静态性质的定量测度,信息距离DIT是对区分出来之动态过程的定量测度.在测度定量上给出了相应的信息量计算方法体系,涉及完全信息量、目标状态信息量、实现度、信息距离、平均信息距离、信息转移代价、单位信息量转移代价等.给出了一些示例,涉及信息知识获取的便捷性、管理运作的方便性以及控制操作的简易性(傻瓜化倾向)等.最后,举例说明了信息距离与各种资源相互替代从而增加财富的可行性.

Abstract:n systems there are three key factors (Materials, Energy, and Information, MEI), in which exist some difficulties and arguments about the quantitative measurement of information. conceptionally, information quantity should be divided into two kinds, Matter Information Quantity (MIQ) bit and Distance of Information state Transition(DIT). The problem of 1 from N for the former MIQ is the difference degree of one state among N different states, while the problem of 1 from N for the latter DIT is the distinction of one state from N different states. The MIQ is the measurement for the static difference degree, and the DIT is the measurement for the dynamic process of the distinction (differenciation). In the quantity measurement, a calculation method system for information measurement was given, which concerns Whole Information Quantity (WIQ), Target Information Quantity (TIQ), Realizability, DIT, Mean DIT, Cost of Information state Transition (CIT), CIT per bit, etc. Some examples were given, such as the simplicity and quickness of the search of information and knowledge, the convenience of management operations, as well as the easiness of control, etc. Finally, the exchange of DIT for various resources was explained with an example, and then the feasibility of increasing the wealth was also explained.
