| 摘 要： | 当前，我国再审改革应遵循如下基本思路：从“客观真实”到“法律真实”，从“有错必纠”到“有错慎纠”，从“不告也理”到“不告不理”，从“公正至上”到“兼顾效率”，从“第三者插足”到“有限监督”，从“再审无限”到“再审有限”，从“主从论”到“并重论”。

| Abstract: | At present, our basic thoughts on the reformation of the trial supervision procedure should be as follows:from objective truth to legal truth, from rectifying all the mistakes to rectifying the partial mistakes, from no accuse but acceptance to no accuse,no efficiency, from supreme justfice to both justice and efficiency from optionally intervening to restrictedly supervising, from infinite retrial procedure to limited retrial procedure, and from principal and subordinate ideas to equal consideration. |
