| 摘 要： | 针对提前破坏的内燃机车柴油机气门的宏观与微观断裂形貌，对材料成分性能、受力状况、断裂过程等进行了全面分析．结果表明：气门断裂是由于堆焊层与基体熔接不良，交界区存在大量裂纹，机车运行中气门密封面受到连续高频撞击，导致气门断裂失效．

| Abstract: | The reasons of break down the failure of the valve in diesel was investigated macro-and microscopically. The result showed that, the failure occurred due to both unsuitable bead welding and heat treatment process,causing hot crack in the juncture area of bead welding layer to the matrix and initiating the fatigue crack. |
