腐蚀管线剩余强度的非线性分析

摘    要:应用计算机辅助工程分析系统,对腐蚀管线的剩余强度进行了有限元分析,分析中考虑了材料非线性和几何非线性。得出了腐蚀区的应力分布及腐蚀区应力随载荷变化的历程曲线,以及腐蚀区尺寸对剩余强度的影响,并对模型的失效压力进行了预测。将预测结果与工业上使用最广泛的B31G准则预测的结果进行了比较,证明用此方法对腐蚀管线的剩余强度进行评估是可行的,能得到比较准确的结果。

Abstract:A nonlinear analysis on residual strength of corroded pipeline were made with computer aided engineering analysis systemANSYS. The geometric nonlinearity and the material nonlinearity were taken into account. The stress distribution, stress load curves of stress load and stress distribution in corroded area were obtained. The influences of corrosion dimensions on residual strength were discussed. The failure pressure of corroded models were predicted. The comparison between results from nonlinear analysis and B31G criteria shows that the nonlinear analysis method is feasible to analyze the residual strength of corroded pipeline, and a reasonable result can be acquired.
