重庆城市土地利用变化及用地效益分析

城市土地利用变化和用地效益的研究对优化土地利用结构、提高用地效益和提升城市功能具有重要意义.文章采用动态度模型和信息熵函数研究城市土地的数量和结构变化特征,结果显示:城市土地扩张快于城市人口的增长速度;居住用地是城市用地扩张的主体,绿地和道路广场用地的增幅最大,说明重庆城市土地在快速增长过程中,城市居住环境和整体功能逐步提升;重庆城市土地利用结构的复杂度呈现"M"型波动变化,土地利用结构的优势度和均衡度变化不大,说明城市用地结构处在"调整——平稳——调整"动态变化过程中;二三产业占地量呈快速下降趋势,表明城市土地集约利用水平不断提高;同时在城市土地利用过程中城市工业污染得到有效控制,土地利用的环境外部不经济呈下降趋势.

Analysis on the Change and Benefits of Urban Land Use in Chongqing

It was important to study the change and benefits of urban land use to optimize land use structure , advance land use performance and urban function. This paper used dynamic degree model and information entropy methods to study the quantity and structure change of urban land use, the conclusions showed: the spread of urban land outspread exceeded urban population residential was the principal part of urban land outspread,the outspread spread of greenspace and road were maxcimal,these indicated the gradual perfection of residential condition and urban function (the informantion entropy of urban land use structure appeared"M"form,the changes of equilibrium degree and superiority degree were small,this showed urban land use structure was in the "adjustment-placidity-adjustment "process. Urban land use change gained economic,social and environmental benefits. Land intensified use degree rised;Disposable incomes and standard of living of Urban people advanced greatedly; Urban industry pollution has been controlled a-vailably.
