食品抗氧化剂TBHQ的研究

摘    要:实验研究了以叔丁醇和对二苯酚为原料合成TBHO的主要工艺参数.结果表明,常压下以叔丁醇的过量系数为160%时,以85%的浓磷酸为催化剂,在130℃的温度下反应2.5h,采用重结晶法精致工艺,可以制备出纯度为80%的TBHO,而且产品收率可达30%以上。

Abstract:Main technical paramengs for synthesis of TBHQ(2 - tert - butylphend) from tert - butyl alcohol and hydroquinone were investigated in this paper. The results showed that TBHQ with purity of 80 % and yield more than 30% was synthesized from tert- butyl alcohol and hydroquinone under atmospheric pressure, when excess ratio of tert - butyl alcohol was 160% and the reaction was catalyzed by 85% H3PO4 for 2. 5 hours under the temperatuer of 130. Recrystallization was adapted to get the fine product.
