2-(4^1-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸闭环反应连续化工艺研究

摘    要:在管式反应器中,2-(4^1-乙基苯甲酰基)苯甲酸在发烟硫酸存在下闭环得到2-乙基蒽醌,发烟硫酸与2-(4^1-乙基苯甲酰)苯甲酸配比为2.4(ml):1(g),反应温度190℃,反应时间48.4s,收率91.5%。

Abstract:the conversion of 2--(4--ethyibenzoyl)benzoic acid to 2-ethylanthraquinone in the presence of oleum in flow reactor has been studied. The reaction is carried out at 190℃ in 91.5% yield. The reaction time is 48.4s. The ratio of oleum to 2--(4-- ethylbenzoyl)benzoic acid is 2.4(ml)=1(g).
