两层柔性决策模型在锦屏Ⅰ级水库移民安置与经济发展协调管理中的应用

根据柔性决策理论和方法对锦屏Ⅰ级水库移民安置与经济发展协调管理问题进行了研究，提出了协调管理的两层柔性决策模型；针对模型的特点，提出了分解一拟合协调算法．通过仿真计算，说明模型是合理的，算法是可行的．

Based on the theory and method of the flexibility decision malling, a coorination management model is studied on that involuntary resettlement and rehabilitation and economic development, those are caused by thefort step reservoir of Jinbin. A kind of twolevel flexibility decision mallingmodel of coordination mangemeDt is developed. According to the structureof the model, a decomp osition-imitated coordination algorithm is providedby combing the system science and professional knowledge. The operationresults show the model is reasonable, the algorithm is valuable.
