综放工作面撤架期间综合防灭火技术研究

摘    要:依据义马煤业集团千秋煤矿20061综放工作面的实际特点,分析了撤架期间的自然发火条件、原因及特点,介绍了均压、堵漏、打钻注浆等综合防灭火技术措施及其应用效果,并提出了相应的技术改进建议,对于保证易自燃煤层综放开采工作面撤架期间人员的安全和设备及时回收具有实践指导。

Abstract:Based on characteristics of the 20061 fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face in Qianqiu coal mine of Yima Coal Industry Group,the condition,cause and characteristic of spontaneous combustion during dismantling supports are analyzed,the comprehensive fire prevention and control technology of equal pressure,leaking stoppage and grouting and its application effect are introduced,and some corresponding suggestions of improvement technology are put forward.Those have important guide meanings of assuring the safety and timely equipment recycle in the fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face during dismantling supports.
