| 摘 要： | 通过对不同距离、不同出手高度投空心篮时出手角度与出手速度的生物力学分析,从理论上揭示了二者之间的变化规律,计算出在不同的距离时最佳出手角度与出手速度的数据.使运动员能够有意识地调控个人的出手角度与出手速度,以提高投篮的命中率.

| Abstract: | Through the biomechanical analysis of shooting angle and speed for swish shot at different shooting distance and height, the authors reveal thearetically the law of variations among them, and calculate the statistics of the best shooting angle and speed at different shooting distance, which will enable players to adjust and control conciously their shooting angle and speed, and raise the percentage of shots. |
