| 摘 要： | 要制定体育教学改革的方案，首先得了解学生的体育基础情况和生理、心理需要，只有这样才能制定出切实可行的措施。本文通过素质测验和问卷调查，了解我院女大学生的体育基础，并提出了改革的设想，旨在为我院体育教学改革提供理论依据。
