摘    要:<正> 目前,比色测定镉的推荐方法为双硫腙法,须用大量刷毒物氰化钾,手续较烦。而痕量镉的测定在生产及环境保护上很重要,故进一步寻找选择性高,而又灵敏的比色方法,有重大意义。用碱性染料孔雀绿选择性萃取测定镉,国内未见报道。本文提出,首先用磷酸三丁酯的苯溶液来萃取镉的碘化络合物,尔后在PH4.5—5.5的范围内,孔雀绿与镉的碘化物及磷酸三丁酯生成有色的多元络合物。其最大吸收波长为635纳米,摩尔吸光系数为


Spectrophotometric Determination of veCadmium byMalachite Green Selective Extraction
Abstract:This paper describes the spectrophotometric determinatio of Cadmium by malachite green selective extraction. The maximum absorption of malachite green-Iodine of Cadmium-tributyl phosphate Coloured Complex is 635nm, molar absorption is 6.6×10~4. Vnder the adoptive experiment Condition, the Coloured Complex is Steady, when the Content of Cadmium is in 0-10ug range, It agrees with Beer's, law. cmd is a good method for the determination of Cadmium, because its simple and doesnn't use Cyanide.
