浅谈当前高校后勤社会化改革的问题和难点

分析了当前高校社会化改革面临的问题：一是产权难明晰．职责难分清：二是家底不清，清产核资难；三是思想观念滞后，认识不到位；四是管理体制不完善。指出了改革的难点在于职工身份的转变、后勤管理队伍的建设及后勤服务秩序的整顿等方面。

Talking about the Problems and Difficult Points of the Current Socialized Reform of University Logistics

This paper analyzes on the problems faced by the current socialized reform of uni versity logistics' the first is that the responsibility can't be made clear bec ause the property right is not clear' the second is that the appraisal of the fi xed assets and the circulating funds is difficult because the economic foundatio n is not clear' the third is that the un-derstanding can't up to the requiremen t because the ideological conception lags behind' and the fourth is that the man -agement system is not perfect. And this paper also points out that the difficul t points of the reform exist in the transfor-mation of personnel's identity' th e construction of the logistics management ranks' and the adjustment of the orde rs of the logistic service' etc.
