非物质文化遗产原真性保护背景下的开封古城复古规划

随着城市更新和现代化进程的加快,我国的文化生态环境发生了巨大变化.在城市规划和建设过程中,一些依靠口授和行为传承的文化遗产正在不断消失,大量有历史、文化价值的珍贵实物与资料遭到毁弃或破坏,非物质文化遗产没有得到根本的有效保护.开封市在快速城市化过程中,也遭遇到传统与现代,复古、创新与原真性保护的冲击.针对这些矛盾与冲突,开封市在今后的发展过程中,应该采取更新观念,提高对非物质文化遗产的认知理念;立足本土文化,致力于整体文化形象的规划与构建;真实性与创新性兼顾;发挥闲适文化优势,突出古城特色;完善保护监督机制,有序推进开封的社会、经济、文化的和谐持续发展.

The Restorative Planning of Ancient Kaifeng on the Background of Authenticity Protection of Non-material Cultural Heritage

Along with the quickening of the steps in the renewal and modernization of the cities,the cultural ecological environment has undertaken a tremendous change.Some of the cultural heritage passed down by oral tradition and act has gradually disappeared,numerous precious real objects and materials with great historical and cultural value have been forsaken and destroyed in the making of programmes and construction of the cities that take up no effective measures to protect the non-material cultural heritage.In its process of urbanization,Kaifeng city has also confronted the conflict between tradition and modernization,restoring,creating and authenticity protection.It is suggested in the paper that the city should change views and clarify the notions concerning the heritage in order to solve those contradictions,undertake the programme and construction with an eye to the overall cultural image on the foundation of its local cultural features and with both authenticity and originality,put more emphasis on its leasurely and carefree mood characteristics of the ancient city,improve the supervisory mechanism in order to move on the harmonious construction of the city step by step in all walles of its life.
