| 摘 要： | 硬脂酸与三乙醇胺在一定条件下进行酯化反应得到浅黄色蜡状酯，再季铵化得到相应的具有杀菌、抗静电作用的季铵盐。将该季铵盐作为功能添加剂，以复合乳化剂乳化蜡，并进一步与有机硅羟乳共混得到一系列功能性产品，可望在皮革等行业中得到广泛应用。 |

| Abstract: | Stearic acid was esterified in certain condition by triethanolamine into stearic acid triethanolamine ester, a light yellow wax. Then the ester reacted with benzyl bromide to form benzyl dihydroxyethyl stearyl oxyl ethyl ammonium bromide, which has antiseptic and antistatic properties. This functional additive and other wax were emulsified with mixed emulsifiers and blended with hydroxylsilicon emulsion. A series of functional products could be obtained, which will be applied in leather and other industry. |
