高速客车空气弹簧垂向特性的非线性有限元仿真

摘    要:采用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc对空气弹簧的非线性垂向刚度特性进行了数值模拟,分析了胶囊内压、帘线角、铺层厚度、帘布线层数对空气弹簧垂向刚度特性的影响.并通过试验对数值仿真结果进行了验证,结果表明所提出的仿真方法合理、可行.

Abstract:The nonlinear vertical stiffness characteristic of air spring is simulated with the Nonlinear Finite Element software, MSC.Marc. The influence of several parameters such as inner pressure, angle of fiber, fiber layer number and fiber layer thickness on the vertical stiffness characteristic of the air spring is simulated and analyzed. The simulation result is verified through test, and it indicates that the simulating method used in the paper is reasonable and feasible.
