摘    要:本文介绍了破损燃料定位系统及探测器的工作原理,对于因探测器导致系统不可用的故障类型进行统计分类,分析故障原因及系统的设计缺陷并进行针对性的改进。通过新旧探测器的对比和新型标定工具进行测试,验证了改进后探测器性能优于旧型号探测器,提高了破损燃料定位系统的可靠性。

Abstract:This article introduces the working principle of the damaged fuel positioning system and detector, and statistically classifies the fault types caused by the unusable system due to the detector, identifies the cause of failure and the design defect of the system, and makes targeted improvements. The comparison of the new and the old detector and test by the use of new calibration tools, it was verified that the improved detector performs better than the old model detector, which improved the reliability of the damaged fuel positioning system.
