摘    要:目的 探索桃砧木GF677高效硬枝扦插繁殖技术。方法 以桃砧木GF677一年生枝条为试材,设置扦插基质、生根剂和插条粗度3因素3水平正交试验,研究不同因素处理对GF677硬枝扦插的生根率和成苗率的影响。结果 在扦插基质为椰糠和珍珠岩的混合物(体积比为1∶2.5)、10 g/L生根粉蘸根、插条粗度为1.0~2.5 cm时,GF677的生根率和成苗率均最高,分别达到90.38%和40.38%。结论 优化了桃砧木GF677硬枝扦插繁殖技术,为桃抗性专用砧木的推广和应用提供了研究基础。
