基于Potree结构的建筑物激光点云与BIM点云的变化检测

摘    要:建筑变化检测可对建筑管理及决策提供有力支持。目前建筑变化检测的难点是完成检测任务所需计算成本高。为了提高检测效率,提出一种基于Potree结构的建筑物激光点云与建筑信息模型(building information modelling, BIM)点云的变化检测方法。该方法将实时获取的激光点云,与建设初期规划的BIM进行比较,检测和识别出二者之间的差异,作为建筑变化检测的结果。实验结果表明,与基于可修改嵌套八叉树结构方法比较,本文提出的方法在保证完整性、准确度等不损失的情况下,在时间复杂度上降低了22.05%。

Abstract:Building change detection provides powerful support for building management and decision making. The current challenge of building change detection is the high calculated cost of completing the task. In order to improve the detection efficiency, a method based on Potree structure for change detection between the laser point cloud and BIM point cloud of a building is proposed. The method compares the laser point cloud acquired in real-time with the BIM planned at the start of the construction, detecting and identifying the differences between them as a result of building change detection. The experimental results show that the proposed method in this paper reduces the time complexity by 22.05% compared to the modifiable nested octree based method, while ensuring no loss of completeness and accuracy.
