摘    要:随着新能源并网容量的增加,电网的调频波动现象加剧,为加快消除电网频率偏差,本文提出一种基于机组出力变化量与最大调节速率关系的AGC指令优化调度方法。首先,基于机组的实发功率历史数据,采用分段线性表示方法自动查找具有连续增、减变化趋势的数据段,计算每个数据段的出力变化量和对应的调节速率形成数据样本集合,从集合中筛选出可以描绘机组出力变化量与调节速率关系的样本点,由多项式拟合得到机组出力变化量与最大调节速率之间的关系式;然后,以负荷调节时间最小化为目标,考虑机组出力变化范围及机组不同出力变化量下对应调节速率的约束条件,得到电网AGC指令的优化分配结果;最后,通过仿真和工业案例验证所提方法的有效性,也验证了机组在频率波动时能够快速响应,有效降低频率偏差。

Abstract:With the increase of new energy power generation, the frequency fluctuation of the power grid intensifies. To accelerate the elimination of power grid frequency deviation, This paper proposes an AGC command optimal dispatching method based on the relationship between power output changes and maximum ramp rates of units. Firstly, data segments with continuous increasing and decreasing trends are obtained from historical data of units by the piecewise linear representation method. The amplitude change of each data segment and the corresponding ramp rate is calculated. The relationship between the unit output changes and the maximum ramp rates is established by polynomial fitting based on appropriate samples of amplitude change and ramp rates. Then, considering the constraints of output range and ramp rates under different output changes of units, the AGC demands of power generation units are determined by minimizing the AGC demand response time of the power grid. Finally, numerical and industrial examples including a comparison with existing dispatching methods are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
