电子专业教学中的无铅焊接的研究

摘    要:电子相关专业的高职毕业生进入企业前是否需要有无铅焊接等环保知识基础,电子专业教学在哪些环节与无铅焊接有密切关系,是高职电子专业教学值得研究的问题。高职院校电子专业开设的专业大多是为三新企业输送人才,毕业后大多进入电子制造业工作。电子相关专业的学生如果不知道电子产品在哪些环节有环保压力,需要开展无铅焊接生产,进入高新企业就不能尽快适应运用清洁生产理念和技术管理的先进企业。结合在实践中摸索的无铅焊接的基本理论可以提供给电子专业和环保专业教学参考。

Abstract:Before the electronic related specialized quality graduate enters the enterprise,whether needs to have environmental protection knowledge foundations and so on non-lead welding technology,the electronic specialized teaching has the close relation in these links and the non-lead welding technology,is question which the quality electron specialized teaching is worth studying.The quality colleges and universities electron specialized start's specialty mostly is three new enterprises provide the talented person,after the graduation,mostly enters the electronic manufacturing industry work.If the electronic related specialized student did not know that which links the electronic products do have the environmental protection pressure,needs to develop the non-lead welding technology,enters the high new enterprise not to be able to adapt the utilization clean production idea and the technical management advanced enterprise as soon as possible.This article unifies in the semiconductor enterprise,the electronic enterprise develops the clean production the experience,introduced regarding the semiconductor production,the electronic products production related non-lead welding technology's knowledge,may provide to the electronic specialty and the environmental protection specialized teaching reference.
