| 摘 要： | 运用组织文化的相关理论,结合我国足球产业化的特点,阐述了组织文化与职业足球俱乐部文化发展、构建要素、文化与俱乐部绩效的相互关系,认为职业足球俱乐部的组织文化建设应正确扬弃东西方文化的精髓与糟粕,正确认识组织文化所具有凝聚、引导及辐射功能。俱乐部文化建设是职业足球俱乐部健康发展及商业化运营中不可缺少的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Apply the theories of organization culture,link the specialty of chinese football industry,explaining the relationship between the organization culture and professional football club culture development,composer elements,culture and culture performance,the research consider that the organization culture should develop the useful and discard the useless on east and west culture,considering the function on congregation,direction and radiation.construction on club culture is the essential factor go with the professional football club. |
